Stainless Steel Balls

BALCO INDUSTRIES stainless steels offer excellent corrosion resistance in organic, acid, industrial and marine environments. The non-magnetic properties combined with exceptionally high toughness at all temperatures make these steels an excellent selection for many applications. AISI 420 stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance due to the higher nickel and molybdenum content.

  • General Information
    Balls of these materials of a lower chrome content than 440C are in demand in the majority of the applications where the more rigid corrosion resistance requirements can be relaxed.
  • Material Characteristics
    A higher carbon modification of AISI 410 steel  distinguishes this heat treatable general purpose stainless steel. All balls of this materials are passivated.
